N ISONS CLUB PROMGTES INTEREST N VOCAL A D INSTRUME TAL MUSIC The main objective of the Unisons' Club this year was to promote hetter musicians and a higher degree of musicianship at Alisal High School. The club held many fund raising activities such as selling Christmas cards and candy bars. These activities were connected to a scholarship which sent two deserving students to a summer camp at Lake Tahoe. The cluh also helped the music classes as well as the music festivals and concerts in any way possible. The advisors for the Unisons' Club were Mrs. DiGirolamo and Mr. I-lorsley.

ILU - FORMATION OF RIFLE CLUB PROVIDES STUDENTS OPPORTUNITY TO USE AND LEARN SAFETY AND MARKSMANSHIP The officers for the year '70-'71 were Fenta Birarra, Presidentg Corbie lVIorales, Vice President: and Eugene Leroy, Secretary. The advisor and the Rifle Club had a booth at the Quermes. Included in their activities was going to the police target range every Tuesday to practice shooting. In the future the club hopes to have interAschool matches. These matches would challenge the members and their opponents with tests of ability and accuracy in shooting. FRONT ROWI: E. Yount. y v ELECTRONICS CLUB CONTINUES TO ADD EQUIPMENT TO RICHARD NELSON MEMORIAL LIBRARY The Electronics Club officers were: David Holes, President and John Shumaker. The advisor was lVIr. Ogborn. The Electronics Club purpose is to create and expand the membersl mutual interest in electronics. All of the projects have been done on the members own time. This year the Electronics Club has stressed working with short wave equipment. To further their interests they visited Comsate Earth Station in Carmel. During Christmas the club helped in setting up lighting in frontof the school for the school's annual Christmas decorations. ' Next year the Electronics Club hopes to have a promising year. Mascot Linda Schneider MASCOT AND JUNIOR VARSITY CHEERLEADERS AID ALISAL IN ENTHUSIASM AND SPIRIT The Trojan mascot, Linda Schneider, and the junior varsity cheerleaders were a great boost to the spirit of Alisal. Mascot Linda and the five girls on the junior varsity squad faithfully attended each game our 'liroyers faced. Our mascot added that little bit of extra something needed to help keep the Alisal rooters in high spirits. The junior varsity cheerleaders aided our non-varsity teams to victory by cheering enthusiastically. The mascot and the junior varsity cheerleaders were also present at the rallies held at Alisal this year. They provided routines and entertainment to let everyone know which school was the best.
