ANUARY CLASS SEN IQRS OFFICERS Do you rememher sitting in the boys' gym anxiously awaiting our eighth grade homeroom assignments? Our spirits dropped when we were put at the end of the hall and exchanged classes in that corner all day. To add to the confusion, there were up and down stairs, compli- cated schedules, and helpful CFD seniors. Commencement . . . anuary 17, 1952 Soon we became sophomores, chose difTerent courses, and the shop boys ieft us. Do you remember the big lockers we got and how angry the juniors and seniors were because ours were bigger than theirs? In ourjunior year our class was organized, and we started to pay dues. . . became active in various clubs Cwe especially enjoyed getting social sponsors . . . many ofus started to go to socials . . . some were honored with election to the N.H.S. The top- notch event, our prom Snow Swirl, was a great success. The year ended on a happy note, for the next year we ould be seniors. QThe greatest cheers came from the academic students who had served their two year Latin term.j Seniors at last! It finally happened! VVith the class divided, we January grads held elections, and colorful football programs were sold for the first time by our class. There was so much to do and so little time to do everything that we had to exchange pictures and name cards in Mr. Garing's class CNew occasions teach new dutiesfj. The bang-up party at Oddfellows' Hall, the banquet, and the senior prom, Old Fashioned Ball, flew by. Remember our Color Day? How can you forget? Com- mencement arrived all too soon.
