Industrial arts and drafting compose the dual Mechanics Arts department. The first year of drafting includes blue-print reading and learning the funda- mentals, tollowed by geometric construction and exploratory work. The last two years consist of advanced work. Home mechanics, elementary electricity and radio, general metals, welding, and machine and auto shop are the subjects taught in the industrial arts section.
