Class Prophecy As I was assembling a Who's Whoi' and What's What in 1963, of the A.C.S. Class of 1958, I received a call from my old friend Marcia Thomson, who said she was engaged to a fellow engineer and was working on a Martian missle at Cape Canaveral. I told her I was married and working at the Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Together we tied up the telephone lines across the nation, looking for our old chums and here are our findings. Of those still living in the Bay we heard that Nancy is married and the mother of five little cheerleaders. Sheldon and Paul are still rodding back and forth to all the dances. After quite a bit of inquiring we found that John Freddie is the new school custodian specifically in charge of lockers and is keeping them in shipshape condition. We called the Bridge and heard that Andy is working for Smith Transport. Sara is married and running the local hospital. Judy Miller is very busy raising the finest purebred heifers and children in the north country and Jeanne Roy is writing love- lorn and sob-sister columns for the 'LSun. Lard is Tonyis shoemaker for repairing engineer boots. Sharon, amid the bawling of babies, told us that she had just re- turned from having her fourth set of little Senecal's. The last seniors in town, Victor is busily employed on the Siebert farm and Jo fTubJ is Norma's babysitting partner and is still looking for a man. Of those seniors who have strayed from the 1000 Islands, only two have arisen to national fame, one, Larry, is the Official Naval Toastmaster for the White House, and the other, Nelson, is fulfilling an engagement at a Las Vegas nightclub with his g'Casettes. The rest of the class was scattered all over, Atheda still chasing Wayne while work- ing as a nurse in Watertown. Max and Boomer are rock and roll artists on the Kathryn Murray Party. Dale holds the controlling shares in the Genesee Brewing Co., and just yesterday hauled in his third million. Joan is busy trying to snare a million- aire, so we were match-makers and told her about Dale. Clint and Barb have a large and constantly growing family corporation. They are raising their own championship football, hockey and baseball teams. Pete is the new R.C.A. Rockettes' mascot and has his own five minute act on stage. Itch is married to Dody and is chief assistant to Ben Schwartzwalder at Syracuse University. Our last senior, Bruce, is production manager for Ace Bandages in northern Alaska, specializing in Eskimos, bandages, with fur linings. As this is still 1958, it might prove beneficial if I took up an insurance policy against libel suits. Your sooth-sayer, .IUDITH JOHNSON
