Often boys learn a suc- cessful trade in farming and girls learn helpful ideas on good housekeeping. 46 F.T.A. SOCIAL COUNCIL Composed of representa- tives from all high school grades and two faculty ad- visors, this organization plans the additional recreation re- quested by the student body throughout the year. GOOD CITIZENSHIP COUNCIL The good citizenship coun- cil, composed of representa- tives elected frorn all high school grades, is the only governing body ofthe school in which the pupils are repre- sented. Its purpose is to build up a closer relationship between the students and the administration. Promoting worthy school proiects, preparing assembly and public address program schedules and assisting in solving school problems are their obiectives. 45

F.F.A. CLUB Composed of boys study- ing agriculture, the Future Farmers of America is an or- ganization whose foundation includes leadership, scholar- ship, patriotism and ima proved agriculture. Learning to do, Doing to learn, Earning to live, Living to serve. These four lines, their motto, express the obiectives of the club.
