For one field trip, the members visited several museums in Fort Worth and ended the day by eating out. The club also had several meetings before school so the members could share reading experiences or personal writing. Poetry is a favorite literary form of many of the members so there is always an original poem available for reading. wp Stavens wrote a poem about the football team that became Mite of everyone.
