il CARL MERLIN An unusual honor fell to Carl, citywide President of the junior Red Cross for the year 1956- 1957. He was one of the twelve Nationwide students seletted to attend the Red Cross International Study Center in Zeist. Nether' lands . . . the purpose of which is to better international relations between the United States and other nations. The four pictures show Carl and friends at the Study Center by the statute of Henri Durant, first one.
