The other morning in English Miss Van Boskirk called on True- lock Walie to explain the different uses of 'like' and 'love.' He gave the following ones:-' 'I like Pratt, but I love Rumbaugh. MES Smith- Truelock, which girl shall I get for you, Pratt or ox? Truellcick- Oh, either one, they would both be delighted to go wit me.
