SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS M. Munn, D. Snow, J. Clement. D. Fisher. SENIOR CLASS Of stars - about a lftunalreol and ten, Glamorous girls and Superman. We all maintain that most should gain Top billing in the Hall of Fame. In the fall of 1940, more than one hundred gauche little freshmen entered Albion High School. Timid as they may have been at that time, they were pretty good! according to Miss Laird, their class adviser for that first year and also during their sophomore and junior years. Study Hall 238, enormous to freshmen, has shrunk considerably now that 1940's Freshman Class is occupying it as Senior Home Room. No, the study hall didn't really shrinkg those Ngauche little freshmenl' just grew ! With all the changes, though, they still managed to hold that reputation of being pretty good! Didn't they have one of the best Freshman Parties in the school history thanks to Florence Socciarelli's entertainment program? And didnlt they establish a record as juniors by raking in the money during the magazine subscription drive-enough money to finance a Christmas Party and that wonderful Junior Prom? Didn't they enter their Senior Year with an impressive amount of money in their treasury? Now at the end of the school year, the Senior Class of 1944 looks back at the Easter Ball, at a long line of regents taken and passed, at Mr. Anderson's iokes in Senior Home Room, at many such things.
