Guidance MR. JACK MERCER Director of Guidance MR. BILL HERSCHELL Counselor The services of the Guidance Department at Albany High School include those activities which help young people to identify their aptitudes and limitations and to develop a sound sense of values, beliefs, and interests. Through the use of this information it is the aim of the department to help the students to set realistic goals, the attainment of which would result in productive, creative, and satisfying lives. 14
