These people, though we might fail to notice it, are important ports of our lives, Wed like to thank five specific people who are important to all of us at AHS. Loretta lacabetti, Adriana Matteucci, ond Ivana Motteucci don't get paid a salary to feed hungry, pushy high school kids Cuslj, their salaries come from selling food The-y've always been here to satisfy our chocolate cookie cravings or to warm ourselves with their hot chocolate on cold days' Harold Manuel stays late at AHS., to clean up for night school, working through normal dinner time He makes up for the lost meal by preparing his gourmet dishes Chia chiclsen 'n ribs are famousj in the old Home Ec. room 132 Hes always ready to give out a recipe, And then there's Roy' To the average per- son, he might seem to be your basic-but VERY friendly-janitor, but we know better. The fact is, he graduated from AHS in 1942 Che was a full lineback in footballj, returning in '81 - nearly forty years later! In that amount of time he's accomplished an outstanding number of things. Hes gone around the world Qhe says he's been nearly everywhere, though not China or Jopanj, liv- ed in Italy for thirty years Qyes, he's fluent in Italianj, and even written two books fone is new and not published - as of the end of B75 T We 'ti All of you brighten our days, and to that, we want to say.
