FROM THE YEARBOOK EDITOR This yearbook is the key to the past memories of Alamosa High School. ln years to come, it will be looked upon as the beginning of many stories incurred in high school. lt will bring back some good times with friends and in classes, walking the halls, slamming the lockers and playing frisbee on the front lawn during lunch time. lt will unlock special moments of each of its viewers. It will be a com- plete story in itself. This 1973-74 school term has been filled with so much. For seniors it was the turning point of their lives, for juniors and sophomores another page in the book of life. To many, the pages of the annual may not seem important now, but in years to come their worth will be invaluable. I tould like to thank the El Alarado staff for helping so much to make this record possible. A lot of hard work was put into it and I appreciate every bit. Thanks goes to the students, faculty and administration for what they did for the school too. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Janice Watkins. Her patience, encouragement and extra hours of work Qthere were plenty of themj aided in completing our record. You're great Mrs. Watkins! The pages of my high school life are coming to a close. I have enjoyed these years and wish to thank my teachers and especially my parents. Without them Iwould not have gone this far. I would also like to wish the yearbook staff next year good luck in completing their annual. May it be as special to them as ours is to me. I have more memories than if I were a thousand years old.
