MUSTANG TURNS OUT TOP RATED PAPER A school newspaper provides opportunities for students to learn journalistic techniques and dem- onstrate their ability to implement this knowledge. The paper serves as a medium of communication, allowing the student body to voice opinions. It is also a source of information. Sharing ideas with one another, the staff gains a knowledge of both school and student interests.
