SCC Funnels Student Input Into Courses — The Student Curriculum Council serves Alameda High School by feeding students input into the courses taught in school. This year the council’s projects included: taking a position on the Bond Issue, Re- Evaluating the idea of getting advisory grades, studying what goes into a student’s permanent records, and adding to a descriptive book of classes available at Alameda High School. The council was headed by Barb Jacak; David Robinson was vice chair-person. Minutes were taken by Greg Bongiovanni. Advisor for Student Curriculum Council is Barrry Conner. Meetings are held on alternate Wednesdays. Other members included are: Judy Ballard, Debbie Barker, Sandy Blount, Nancy Brownson, Rick Cooper, Becky Corral, Joy Creese, Anne Hasegawa, Lisa Hempy, Juanita Matsuoka, Terry Millican, Keith Van Sickle, Meredith Young, Susan Young, Mel Zundel.
