Mrs. Eunice Bowman received her AB. degree from Benedict College. She enjoys reading and listening to records. Miss Patricia Williams received her B.A, from Montreat College. and her MA. from the University of Maine, In her spare time she enjoys gardening and needlework. Mrs. Janet Lemons received her BS degree from Illinois State University, and her M.S. degree from Indiana University. Mrs. Maggie Williams received her B.S. from Benedict College and attended Florida AEM University, New York University, and the University of South Carolina for further education. Besides studying, Mrs. Williams enjoys sewing, gardening, and reading. Miss Kerry Senn received her B.A, in English Education from the University ol South Carolina. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and is a Chi Omega Sorority Alumni. Miss Senn enjoys sports, bike riding, refinishing furniture, growing plants, and like everyone, she enjoys spending time at the beech. If ll 1. Miss Anne Blythe enioys Crocheting, loves to read, and is learning to play the guitar. She spent her summer traveling through Spain, Morocco, Turkey, and Greece. This past spring Miss Blythe visited England. She received her B.A. degree in English from U.S.C. 2. Mrs. Louise Wilson enjoys football games and playing bridge. She received her A.B. from Converse College. 3. Mrs. Frances Ackerman received her B.A. degree from Columbia College. Some of her hob- bies are sewing and decorating. She is also a consultant for a cosmetic firm. 4. Mr. Cal Maddox received his B.S. degree from Clemson, and his M.A. and Ph, D. from U.S.C. Mrs. Nancy Layman enjoys reading, oil painting, tennis, swimming, and playing bridge. This summer Mrs. Layman visited relatives in Kentucky and Florida. Also she worked part-time at Dictaphone Corporation, while attending U.S.C. Miss Wanda Smith enjoys jogging. decoupaging, tennis, writing, and she is learning to play bridge and the guitar. She received her B.A. in English from Coker College and spent her summer in school at U,S.C. working on her Master's degree. Miss Hariett Schneider enjoys tennis, reading, cooking, and decorating. Miss Schneider plans to travel to England and France or either out west this summer. She spent this past summer working full-time and finishing her M.A.T. in English from Tuland and U.S.C. Miss Karen Hudson received her B.A. degree from Columbia College. Her interests vary lrom antiques to barbershop singing. She likes to grow plants and ski. During the summer she vacationed in Georgia and Tennessee. 241
