Faces Of 1974 Laugh your happy laughter and cry your gentle tears, Looking for that rainbow growing up in years. Silent shouts of victory that sparkle in the eyes! The proud ones reaching upward, reaching for the sky. Pounding screams of spirit that pierce a football field. And soothing Chorus melodies in which our hearts were filled. Love and pride, joy and sadness all rolled up into one, That makes us the people that we are, we're children of the sun. I know because l've been there. l have seen each face. I know it's been a good year. l know we've won the race. The good times and the bad times all rolled up into one. You can see it in our faces, We're children of the sun. . . .
