There was a big scoop in almost every issue. and everyone e a g e r l y awaited each edition of the newspaper to see what would next lnake headlines. And the forces behind the pa p er worked many afternoons and nights in order to make Hi-Times a great suc- cess. The 21 members of the staff under the competent leadership of editor.
