There is no de- velopment physically or intellectually without effort. At Aiken High School progress and effort are evident in extra-curricular activities, an important part of school life. Students can make lamps or learn to sew, study music through band and chorus, profit from observing the correct parliamentary procedure, and join various service and social organizations.
