Last summer, the club sponsored a seed sale and a car wash. Dances, picnics, parties, and simple get- togethers at homes ol' the various members high- lighted the club's social calendar. Through these functions, the members were able to meet and socialize with people. On August 29, a most memo- rable event was enjoyed by all members. This fun-filled event was the slumber party at the Princess Kaiulani Hotel and the attendance at the late evening show ofthe Society ol' Seven. During the months ol' October through December, the club was busily occupied with various money- making projects such as a public dance, Make It With You, at the Ala Wai Clubhouse. With the joy of sharing happiness and the attainment of the satisfaction of helping, not only fellow club members, but also the community, the Kristylettes enjoyed a very memorable year. Sharing a wonderful evening of fun and laughter with a club from Waipahu was their first activity. They participated in many service projects for Aiea High School and for the community. At the end of the school year they spent one week with various teachers offering their services as aides. Other service projects included the setting up of Flora Pacifica and ushering for Honolulu Theater of Youth. The Kristylettes are now looking forward to an even brighter tomorrow.
