DEDICATIONS FOREWORD No one, no matter what his destiny in life, can look into the future without think- ing of persons in his past who helped him find that future. It is with this thought in mind that, as we too stand at the threshold, we gratefully dedicate our 1954 yearbook, The Warrior, to those whom we feel have greatly helped us prepare for our future. The clubs sponsored Community Attainment Day, a booth at county fair, presented a chapel program and Placed second at rally contest. F. A. Boys Win Basket Ball Tournament The Agricola F.F.A. basketball team won the F.F. A. tournament of the Leaf River Council, held at Leakesville last week. The Agricola boys, under the leadership of their advisor, R. T. Ishee, vocational teach- er, received a forfeit of game from Runnelstown, and won from Sand Hill, Rocky Creek and McLain, to win the title. The championship game score was Agricola 41, Mc- Lain 34. Juanita Turner with two sweet little knot heads and a beautiful ranch-type home. Alda Faye Hill with a happy home in the big city consisting of four. Thelma Holland nursing in the Ochsners! clinic in New Orleans. Peggy Powell as a successful nurse of Laurel hunting a doctor. Melba Eckhoff nursing for Dr. � her husband. Helen Myrick as a successful secretary in a big firm, trying to hook the boss's son, Sonny Crawley still resting from overwork ! resulting from his school days.
