I always thought it'd be you and me, The sun shines brighter when you walk For all eternity. You 're presence brightens my day You were always there to listen to my fears, I 've tried to elude the feeling And wipe away my tears. It's you I need, In you I believe. Then you said you didn 't love me, That we could never be. And when it came to an end. You said we'd stay friends. We can 't relive the past. But I was so sure it would last. The love I feel, Is only too real. And the memories we have today, Are never gonna go away. When I close my eyes, I can see your And feel the warmth of your embrace.
