The Agoura High Soccer team completed its' most successful season in 5 years. The team came in first place in the Fromteir league and beat Calabasas for the first time in Agoura history. The team was led by all league players: Craig Ekman, Steve Daley, Mike Wildermuth, league M.V.P. Mike Thomas, Kevin Majors and Kevin Kelly. Senior Marty Keegan and juniors Darren Strong, Bert Morefield, Cory Eckel and, Chris Berty. The team made it to the 2nd round of CIF playoffs before being eliminated by 3rd ranked Glendale. The team coach, Dick Leonard, who has completed his most successful season ever, was voted Coach of the Year by other fronteir league coaches. 1-Thomas brings the ball under control. 2-Kubelun eludes defender. 3-Kaiser starts the attack downfield towards Miller. 4-Daley sets up for one of his lethal shots. : V -. .,,' ,...
