The team won their last two home games with outstanding play- ing. The Bulldogs had several setbacks in the earlier part of the season with the ineligibility and transfer of some important players. Coach Arbaugh moved freshmen to the varsity team to | retaliate these setbacks. This move will give the freshmen a better understanding of the techniques of college basketball and a more promising season next year. 53 Grapplers Win MIAA Championship The first official MIAA championship fell into the hands of Adrian College after their unofficial championship last year. The title was easily won as the team, under Coach Paul MacDonald, captured seven first place positions in the league wrestling tournament. The team ended the season with a 14-3 record. This year the Singers went to Detroit, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh. They are composed of members of the choir. All members of the CHOIR have one thing in common, the enjoyment of music and singing. These students have the incentive to explore and study various forms of choral literature. Besides providing music for the weekly chapel programs, they also sing at campus and community functions. Rick Snyder, first semester editor, and Tom Lewis (r.) second semester editor, check proof on one of. the numerous WORLD deadlines. Few persons really thotoughly understand the pressure of deadlines and the problems in repre- senting an entire campus’s thoughts in one newspaper. Marty Stewart, working on layout and page makeup.
