Bill is what one would call a Happy-go-lucky fellow. He is well liked by the boys at Farragut and even more so by the females of St. Petersburg. He has spent four of the best years of his life in Farragut but you can see that he has profited greatly by it. You can always bet your bottom dollar that wherever there is a good time you will find Bill. He has always been friendly and co-operative toward everybody. We know that Farragut will lose a great deal of personality when Bill graduates, and we wish him the best of luck in everything. We wish you the best of luck in what- ever you set out to do, whether it be the Navy life or civilian life.
