Farragut Loses 8-O The Farragut Blue Jackets suffered their fourth successive defeat to a favorite New Port Richey team. The Jackets completely outplayed and outfought their opponents but penalties proved to be the deciding measure. They gained more yardage, made more first downs, but also had many long gains nullified because of the costly infractions of the rules. it was a hard and bitterly fought battle for both sides. Butch Grimes, Skip Cleveland, Tom Boyle, and Ed Schwoppe all played outstanding ball for the Sailors. Wcmadlq ?aaz'Za!Z Blue Jackets Playing their final game of the season, the A.F.A. Blue Jackets bowed to a favorite Wimauma eleven in a steady downpour. The entire game was played in the slush and mud which was brought about by the rain but nevertheless the entire corps turned out to cheer for their team in the season's finale. The lone touchdown of the game was brought about by a blocked punt which enabled Wimauma to penetrate the Jackets' goal. Due to the rain the lose in Downpour extra point attempt was unsuccessful and that one touchdown remained the margin of victory for Wi- mauma. Outstanding for Farragut in their last game as members of the fighting Blue Jackets were Cleve- land, Alter, J. Morrison, Grimes, Schwoppe, and Carl- son. These seniors throughout the year proved their worth and although the record may not be too suc- cessful this team kept the name of the fighting Blue Jackets a name which is still honored.
