Robert F. Harvey I-Iarv, Knuckles Company Cp Football '38, Boxing, Baseball '38, Man- ager, Varsity Club '38, Dramatics '38, Class Master-at- Arms '38, Orchestra. Pansies! Pansies! Knuckles would make a colorful professional fighter with his round house lefts and rights. Harv was quite a football player, too, backing up the line with hard tackles, accom- panied by body English. A much-bewhiskered villain in one of the school plays, We will always remember his lingo which ran the gamut from W. C. Fields to the Bowery and back to the wild and woolly west. A great kidder, even in class. N ,Harry E. Hinkel lingle, f-link Company A. Are you in here again? Iingle has been much more ot an asset to the corps than his record would indicate. Always ready to hold up his end, he has contributed much with his good-natured attitude toward everybody and everything. A partner in the beat- pounding patrols with Siano, I-link has left the women and the Bachelors' Union alone, preferring to remain an in- dependent. For a While, he rivaled Joe BloW with pipe and tug boat chapeau,

Walter D. Goring Walt, Hoiman Company C7 Football '38, Basketball '38g Captain Base- ball '38p Yearbook '38, Varsity Club '38, Class President '38g Lapel Stars. Get down there, gang, keep low! I-loirnan's all-round excellence in athletics has won him a place in the minds of the corps. However, his Work in the school room ranks in the upper quarter. These are not his only achievements, as he is noted as the leader of the Pearl Diver's gang and the pride of the annex. Hoiman was tops at instilling spirit into our athletic teams, he was also voted best athlete. fa .. V f ' .Q r .. ... , .. it . Q .iw -'R 7 I it 1: 7 ggi, A' . Company A: Class Secretary '38, Glee Club '38, Year- book '38g Wheel Watch '38, Football '38, Baseball '38, Captain, Boxing, Varsity Club '38. Got any Wheatie coupons? Not a sinner, not a saint, perhaps-but the very best of chaps. His playful pranks will live in our memories. Dick is an all-round athlete, for his ability to mix sports and studies is accountable for the success he is going to be when he gets into the Coast Guard Academy. His regular features-voted the most handsome -will get the gals, but he'll be true to that one back in Manchester.

How about a date up the college? Maker of malapropisms, he will be smilingly remembered for his famous All accounted or present for, sir. Known, liked, and admired for his line, smile, personality, and responsibility-active in everything-Hurley was voted as the cadet who had done most for Billard. -s 1. S .' wx . -h Q' 1 ' 4. Bob is our agile first baseman, tennis star, and was also on the football sguad. l-lammond's roommate and partner in the petty crimes of practical joking, he's unobtrusive, like- able, and always ready to laugh. He is headed for the Coast Guard Academy in 1939 and from all indications is an excellent prospect. Voted most optimistic.
