Ninety Qiaiia The Honorary Society, Ninety Club was begun this year as a county organization and the Adena chapter was formed at the begin ning of the second semester. Members were announced at chapel and presented with the club pins. A banquet was held in the spring for the faculty and club members. PE? MU This is the first year for the Pep Club in Adena High School. Be- cause of students' lack of interest in school activities the Solid Geome- try class, under direction of Principal Shields, sought to solve the prob- lem somewhat according to Geometric rules. They established a com- mittee consisting of themselves and elected Nancy Lee Shearer for chairman. They elected five more members and set about making plans for pep meetings and other stunts to create enthusiasm. They succeeded wonderfully-in fact so well-that in the latter part of the year there were so many activities that there was scarcely any time for school. Nancy Lee Shearer, Chr.
