Trophy The Adena grade basketball team coached by Mr. Burns, the Eighth Grade teacher. won the Adena district Championship over Smithfield in the finals. The Chamber of Vom- meree presented the winning: team with a silver-mounted miniature basketball as a trophy. This basketball becomes permanent property of the team winning it three years.
