AMICI MUSICAE Officers Presndent Paul Gotshall Vice Presudent l eo Sharpe Secretary Treasurer Ilene Mose Advusors Mlss Morlok Mr Snyder Last summer the A C S Band played a serles of elght concerts ar home and away One of our most enthuslastlcally recenved concerts was gsven at Bath Veterars Admlnnstratlon Hospital The first protect durung the school year was the Sectional All State Festival Nov l8 and l9 at Canandalgua New York Fave people attended Band Stuart Bean Orchestra Mary Dlnlnny and Norma Stuart Chorus Clara Butler and Paul Gotshall Advisors Miss Morlok and Mr Snyder December l9th we put on a Chrnstmas program called Christmas ln Other Lands Thus was a jolnt project of the Girls Chorus fourth through elghth grades and Orchestra January 30th the March of Dlmes Program saw our Triple Trno Four Teens Quartet and the Band takang part On February 4th Adduson played host to Mr Snyders Band The Massed Band Festlval Guest conductor Mr Walter Beeler of Ithaca College Host Conductor our own Mr Snyder The Bands over 250 boys and gurls taksng part from eleven area schools February 25th the same schools took part In an ldentucal program for Chorus both mnxed and gurls at Cohocton March 24th and 25th the annual show for the Recreatuon Fund placed the Trlple Truo Four Teens and the Swing Band on stage Thus year s NYSSMA Contest was held at Penn Yan New York May 5th and 6th and we entered Grrls Chorus Muxed Chorus Triple Trlo Two vocal soloists Band Orchestra Trumpet Quartet French Horn Quartet Woodwlnd Qulntet and a brass quartet . 1. l D . , . . 1 1 1 1 1 . ,, . ,, . . . . .
