(tfass y In 1949 the original members of this senior class entered, for the first time, Adams High School. In 1957, after successfully passing through the first eight grades, we entered high school with great anticipations. Our freshman class consisted of 58 students, including four new students; Jeanne Boulay, Nina Nye, Georgienna Ludlow, and Dona Ball. During our freshman year Craig Wagner served as our president, George Flaherty as our vice-president. Janet Dodder as secretary, and Linda Taylor as treasurer. We chase Mr. Sacci as our advisor. At the end of the year we lost twelve students; Sandra Bice, Grace Remington, Eleanor Coit, Beverly McNett, Fred Russell. Edward McGrath, Edna Butler, Raymond Barrett, Dona Ball. George Russell. Paul Brown, and Robert Ackley. We entered our Sophomore year with a class of 49 students. We elected George Flaherty, president; Janet Hodder, vice-president; Betty Dack, secretary; and Linda Taylor, treasurer. Our advisor was Mrs. La Lone. During the year we gained seven new students; Claudia Tamblin, Cynthia Stone, Joan Overton, Patricia Bechtel, Francis Overton, and Dan Whitehead. At the end of the year we lost Cynthia Stone, Nina Nye, Jeanne Boulay, Linda LaCette, Joan Overton, Bradford Lee, Marion Fredenburg, and Francis Overton. As we started our junior year, we had a class of 42 students, including one new student, Lorie Fyderek. John Trainor was elected president of our class, with Dan Whitehead as vice-president, Marie Berry as secretary, and Sharon Rusho as treasurer. Our advisor was Miss Reed. We lost three students at the end of the year; Clifford Widrick, Susan Dorgan, and Diane De Lano. Mrs. Harmon directed our junior play, ‘‘Headin’ for the Hills.’ It was very successful and everyone liked it. Our most exciting and long awaited junior project was our Prom, “Hawaiian Paradise.’’ Our class had dwindled to 39 students by our senior year. Marie Berry was elected president, and Sharon Rusho elected as viee-presi- dent, with Janet Hodder as secretary, and Linda Taylor as treasurer. We presented our senior play, “The Roaring Twenties,” which was directed by Mrs. Howard, our advisor.
