Homecoming Highlights A cold and dreary night it was, but even the weather couldn't cover up the magic that was in the air. A parade of cars carrying the 1987 Homecoming Court kicked off the evening’s Homecoming activities. After the parade had wound it’s way through downtown Ada and around the football field, the members of the court were escorted down the field while the High School Band played “Over the Rainbow . It was then announced that the 1987 Homecoming Queen was Amy Curtis. Following the crowning, the Ada Bulldogs played a hard game yet lost, 0-28, to the Spencerville Bearcats. The next evening, the Student Freshmen attendant Kelly Williams puts on a show. Council sponsored the annual Homecoming dance. The festivities brought a large turnout. The music was provided by 92 ZOQ as couples danced the night away. The Homecoming festivities were a great success. Thanks to all! The crowning of Queen Amy Curtis by escort. Jay Wildman.
