Jungle Love Coconuts, pineapples, formals, and tails all combined to create the atmosphere of Jungle Love Prom night. Members of the Junior class held a dance and sold magazines to raise money for this tribute to the Senior class. The early part of the day was spent decorating and then the fun began. Couples danced far into the night to the sounds of The System. After prom was held in McIntosh Center as well and ran into the early morning hours. 28 Prom

Outstanding Seniors The third annual Senior Awards Banquet was held to recognize the top academic Scholars from the High School. David Lusk, Student Council advisor, served as Master of Ceremonies. The presentations began with a few words from Superintendent Eugene Fries. The ceremonies honor top Sen- iors in all areas of the curriculum, past and newly inducted National Honor Society members, and Seniors with a 3.7 or higher grade point average. The announcement of this years Valedictorian and Salutatorian concluded the honors banquet. Seniors with a 3.7 or higher grade point overage: Jean Baughman, Andrea Tras-ter, Lisa Smith, Jill Davis, Todd Klinger, Cam Nelson, and Vicki Campbell 30 Senior Awards
