MUSIC FEAST 1985-86 The Eighth Annual Music Feast, held on Saturday November 9, 1985, was a fun-filled evening with entertainment from several guest groups. Performing groups included swing choirs from: Bluffton, Beavercreek, Columbus Grove, Kenton, O.N.U., Piqua, Riverdale, along with the Ada High School Marching Band, and the Jr. and Sr. High chorus. Music Feast also marked the end of a very successful 1985-86 marching band season, as well as the 90-voice concert choir's beginning. The evening was enjoyed by all who attended as they dined on steak dinners that were served in the Cafeteria and German style snacks of bratwurst and saurkraut were available to those watching performances in the Gym. The yearly musical event was a great success. The combination of good food and creative song was enjoyed by all who attended and participated. The Jr. High chorus starts off their year. Everyone enioys the great music. SADIE HAWKINS GOES HAWAIIAN This year the Sadie Hawkins Dance was held on January 10, 1985. The Seniors had a new theme for the dance and went Hawaiian! The dance was held in the Multi-Purpose Room with sounds from the System and decoration straight from Old MacDonalds farm. Attendance was not limited to couples. The shyer girls could go with friends and hope to meet the man of their dreams. Many of the slow dances were fittingly, ladies choice, but the guys had a chance to make their preferences known, as well. On the whole, everyone who attended had a wonderful time. Phil, whot ore you doing? Learning to count at last? Steph, was the Hulo too much to handle? Sadie Hawkins 21
