Candlelight . . . Streamers, flowers, formals, and tails all combined to create the atmosphere of festivity known as prom . Members of the junior class busily decorated the ballroom in McIntosh Center for the event they had worked for all year. Magazines had been sold and a dance was held in the winter to raise money for this tribute to the senior class. May 11, 1985 marked this spe- cial date for juniors and seniors. The early part of the day was spent decorating, and then the fun began. Couples danced far into the night to the sound of Madman Productions. After prom was held in McIntosh Center as well and ran into the early morning hours. Bowling, billiards and movies were available to all those who attended. This was a night in which all were literally Rockin' at Midnight . 24 Prom
