WORK AND FUN FILL A MEMORABLE YEAR Seventy seniors begin their final year at Ada High. This comment held all our hopes for a successful year. And a successful year it was--from the election of our officers, President TOM DEARTH, Vice-President ARCHIE RODGERS, Secretary MARLENE CLAPPER, and Treasurer TOM SHANKS, to that final day when seventy received their diplomas. Under the guidance of our advisors Mrs. Bozarth, Mr. Rex, and Mr. Ansley, we earned enough money to finance our senior trip to Wash- ington, D. C. With this as a goal, many class projects were undertaken --magazine sales in October, ARSENIC AND OLD LACE in November, and our very successful carnival in April. Seniors sparked the football team and the band, besides distinguishing themselves in many other activities. The value of our school years at Ada High School was made evident when our class placed seven of the top ten in Hardin County in the Senior Scholarship test. CLASS FLOWER Carnation As we move into a new phase of our lives, we will never forget the friends we have made, the good times we have had, and the knowledge we have gained.
