VOCATIONAL EDUCATION The Vocational Department of Acme-Delco tries to provide for all its students the opportunity to receive training in the areas of bricklaying and mechanics. Auto Mechanics I, ll, and Ill give instruction in technical and general related information and activities for psychomotor skill development as related to auto mechanics. Masonry I, Il, and Ill provide general related and technical instruction covering employment opportunities, terminology, materials, and application of skills and safe practices in layout and in using tools to spread mortar. AGRICULTURE The Agriculture I Production course is designed to meet the needs, interests, and abilities of the students. The instructors, who are qualified, certified, and interested in their student's growth sometimes group the students based on their interests. Because of this interest, the program helps to meet the Kenneth Malpass shows Mr. Coleman and Arthur Martin his skills needs of the college bound students. Instructions in each level or sequence is varied to make a more meaningful educational experience. Field trips, films, slides, resource personnel, lavoratory work, individual instructions, and current educational techniques are utilized in the instructional program.
