WHO'S WHO AMONG AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOL Recognition in Who's Who is a national honor for junior and senior class high school students who have demonstrated achievements in either academics, athletics, or extra-curricular activities. To be chosen, one must have a grade point average of B or higher. Nominations are received from most of our nations prominent youth organizations. Only tive percent of the junior and senior class students are included in Who's Who each year. Six juniors and nine seniors were chosen from Acme-Delco for the I982 school year. I I VL Qi Eligibility is open to students in the eleventh and twelfth grades of any school with a X fm' ' National Honor Society Chapter. Students may sl not apply for membership, they are selected by a faculty council. Our chapter requires a student to have a grade point average of 93.0 and maintain this average during each grading period. It a member does not maintain the 93.0 academic average he will be placed on probation for one grading period until the required average is . . 49 maintained.

QUILL AND SCROLL Quill and Scroll, the International Honorary Society for High School Journalists, was organized for the purpose of encouraging and rewarding individual achievement in journalism and allied fields. The Society has always taken an active part in raising standards in its field and in directing the course of high school journalism. The Acme-Delco chapter is the heart of Quill and Scroll. The local members belong to an international organization.
