EIGHTH The Eighth grade had L very interest- ing sssemblylest Wednesday. Most every-- student had s part on the program. The 'Good Spellersn are Clara Hey Don- slson, Gereline Childres, Alice Merie--- Leivesay, Lois Buchanan, Jssn Mead Billy Jo Powell, and Coryne Blunkinship. The good arithmetic students are Ger- line Childres, and Alice Marie Leivssy. FRESH EN ' The Freshmen won first on the carni- val poster, competing against the othe grades. Wg are studying about the Indians of America in Okluhoma History. SOPHOMOHES Sophomcres are sorry to say they lost the Queen'g raas, although we worked-- very hard. We are very sorry to have lost Cummie Watts from our class and who is now Mrs. James Wvsns we wish her success and happiness The girls are progressing nicely in the Homemaking, and we hope to do better in the future JUNIORS The Junior Class has been studying poetry in English and are enjoying it very much Every one in the Junior Class has been doing fine in their studies SENIORS The Seniors have really made history so far this year They defeated the grades in never been to express helped to first yoer this class the Quoen's rece , which has dcne before The class wists their appreciation to all who win the Queen's race The tle school had a quoen's rece won the prize That was 1936 when they were in the eighth grade This shows a progressive spirit The seniors who have received their rings re very proud of them They think they are the prettiest thut Ackille has ever he They are expecting the rest pretty soon I' ASSENBLY, CCTCBER 30 In the opening cf the ,sscnbly, tkrc songs were sung Ch Susana, and scripture wus and the Lords Pruyor repeated.
