ymwmd The delight of discovery and the architectural wonder that is the new Holy Angels transformed our first days of school into adventures in an unexplored maze of halls and stairways. Strange corridors were soon warmed by our laughter and tears as we, a generation as yet unready for life, became keenly aware of our own potential. We christened our surroundings with the disappoint- ments of youth, and gave them a new, more profound dimension. The broad campus, reach- ing far behind the lake, added warmth to the somewhat impers-onal business of study. But, like blueprints of the buildings brought to grace- ful completion around us, we strove for the patience to grow and the wisdom to begin a story whose outline was as beautiful as those blueprints. Whether we have succeeded is to be decided not by us, but by those who follow.
