The ASB Council has worked hard and with earnest enthusiasm to maintain the high standard of school tradition that is necessary to run student body smoothly and efficiently. Some of the Council's more note worthy projects this year have been the 5th Annual Homecoming and the 8th Annual Nominating Con- vention, ASB Ball, and ASB Play. ASB Vice President Karl Sandstrom ASB President Steve Man Steve came to Lincoln High toward the end of his sopho- more year. He then took out a petition for Commissioner of Publications, was elected and served through his junior year. With knowledge and experience of how the ASB Coun- cil Worked, Steve Went on to lead the students of Lincoln as ASB President. With his fine leadership ability and well qualified ASB Council, Steve has given the students a school year to be remembered. ASB Senate The ASB Senate consist of students elected at the beginning of the year from each guidance class. The senators report discussions and decisions made at the Senate to their guidance classes. Election Committee The Election Committee is in its second year of existence. The committee takes some of the load off the Commissioner of Elections by counting votes and distributing ballots in the various elections throughout the year. We would like to thank them for the many after hours they have contributed. X
