DEDICATION TO THE SENIOR CLASS OF 1960 At graduation time a Senior is a most remarkable person; for he is living in the past, the present, and the future all at the same time. He lives . . . ... in the past, because he has been building his foundation for today. ... in the present, because he is a Senior planning his foundation for the future. s -r ... in the future, because he knows it holds the key to success, v ' The f inal step of twelve years of schooling is about to be reached as the Senior prepares for graduation. At this meaningful time a giant stone of knowledge will be added to his foundation. Not only will the Senior have this knowledge, but also many pleasant and treasured memories of his days at Lincoln High. He will remember his mixed emotions as he attended the thrilling games, cheered his team to victory, and sang the Alma Mater. He will remember the class leaders that strived to make the Class of 1960 bigger and better. He will, also remember— starting the first Senior Fall Production, Senior Night, and Senior Lunch Line —Senior Play and Senior Ditch Day—and will look forward to Senior Break¬ fast, Vespers, and finally. Commencement. As a result of the Senior ' s contributions to Lincoln High and his exemplary attitude, the 1960 Statesman is dedicated to the Senior Class of 1960. THE ANNUAL STAFF
