Council and Senate at Lincoln are to encourage high standards at academic achievement responsible citizenship and to inspire school spirit and loyalty to Lincoln High School. The work of the government is car- ried on in meetings held every other week. Minutes are made available to each representative so that the work- ings ot the Council and Senate may be made known to the entire student body.
