The objectives were to im- prove staff use of instructional time, and to improve public understanding of Lincoln High School and its programs. An inservice day in February provided faculty members with time to devote to improvement of teaching techniques. Work continued on the multi- cultural, non-sexist approach to classroom teaching. Probably the objective students saw most clearly was the Needs Assessment Survey taken by all seniors in December. The purpose of this assess- ment is to give seniors a voice in determining future curriculum. 10
