Nancy Jo Moon . . . Nancy was a member of Leaders Club in tenth grade, and Drama Club in twelfth. She helped with the production of We Were Young That Year, ' and appeared in Our Town, and Little Women. In 12A she served on the (Jet Together committee. Outside of school she was a member of B.Y.F. Ambition: To become a receptionist. Harry Fredrick Morris . . . Harry went out for tennis, swim- ming and track, receiving two letters in swimming. He was a member of the Lettermen Club for two years, and was elected secretary in twelfth grade. In tenth grade he was a monitor, and served as an alternate on the All-City Student Council. He was also a member of Senior Choir and Boys Glee Club. On the Honor Roll for six semesters, Harry was Kiwanian of the month and won I scholarship to I.S.U. In his senior year he was on the Prom Committee. Ambition: To attend I.S.U. (Jary Lee Noble art work, and Gary was active in made a mobile for the school board. Ambition: To be regularly employed. Anne Elisabeth Ogren . . . Anne was a member of Latin Club for three years, and served on the I ' sher committee for two years. In her senior year she was a member of Russian Club and Pep Club. In 12A she served on the Commencement committee, and as treasurer of her homeroom. Outside of school Anne played violin in the All State Or- chestra, and also in the Des Moinei Symphonic for four consecutive years. Ambition: To attend Drake. Karen Lynn Olson . . . Karen was a Student Council repre- sentative from her homeroom in eleventh and was a monitor. In her senior year Karen was a member of the Informal committee. Ambition : To become a secretary. Lillian Lydia Orte ga . . . Lillian was out for tennis two sea- sons and in twelfth grade belonged to Future Teachers, the Pep Club, and Leaders Club. Serving on the informal committee Lillian was also secretary and vice president of sales of her Junior Achievement group. Ambition: To attend Iowa State and major in child development. Patricia Ann Perry . . . During her years at Lincoln Pat was an active member of Pep Club and Leader Club. She also participated in girls ' basketball and volleyball. Pat served as a monitor for three years. In her senior year she was on the Bookkeeping Staff and served on the Banquet Committee. Outside of school Pat was a member of Junior Achievement for three years. James Dennis Phillips . . . Jim was a member of Latin club for three years and was elected treasurer ■in his junior year. He served as a monitor for three years and was a member of Service Homeroom 202 for two years. In his senior year Jim served on the Prom committee. Ambition: To attend Drake Univer- sity. Rosemarie Piccolo . . . Rosemarie was a member of Leaders club, D.E.C.A., and Gym Staff. Rosemarie participated in intramural games after school. She was a moni- tor for three semesters. Before com- ing to Lincoln, Rosemarie attended Des Moines Tech. Outside of school Rosemarie belongs to C.Y.O. In her senior year Rosemarie served on the Get Together committee. Ambition: To attend A.I.B. or I.B.M. Nita Patricia Quijano . . . While at Lincoln Nita was a mem- ber of D.E.C.A. Club and Girls Club. Nita participated in girls softball and basketball in her sophomore year. Outside of school she was a member of the Lulac Club. In her senior year Nita served on the Get Together Committee. Robert Joseph McCoy . . . Bob was a runner-up in the National Merit Scholarship Awards and was on the honor roll. He was out for wrestling one year, and swimming two years. Bob was a member of the service homeroom, a monitor, and belonged to DeMolay. Ambition: To take engineering at Iowa State University. Joy Nadiene Magers . . . Joy was a member of French Club, Leaders Club, and was co-captain of the Flag Twirlers. Joy served as a homeroom secretary, and worked on the Office staff, Gym staff, Home- making staff, and as a monitor. In 12A she was a member of the Informal committee. Ambition: To attend college. Rebecca Jane Maxon . . . Becky participated in Leaders Club and Mermaids for three years and served on the Nurse ' s staff for one year. A member of Senior Choir and Girls Glee Club for three years. Becky was also a member of the Madrigal Singers. She sang in the All State Chorus in her junior year. In her senior year Becky served on the Class Day committee. In jour- nalism her duties included selling advertising. Ambition: To go to college and be- come a physical education teacher. Madaline Ruth Meier . . . Madaline arrived at Lincoln in her second senior semester from Anaheim High, California. She was in Glee Club there for three years and on the tennis team one season. At Lin- coln Madaline served on the Informal committee in her senior year. Mary Linda Maldonado . . . During her senior year Mary was in Dorian Art Club, Pep Club, and served on the Homemaking staff and Cap and Gown committee. Outside of school Mary was a member of Junior Lulac. Lenora Raye Masolini . . . Raye brought honor to Lincoln by winning a Gold Key in art. She also was in Design for Murder, and served on the Get Together commit- tee in her senior year. Ambition: To join the Waves and take up medicine. Evelyn Eileen Mason . . . Eileen has represented Lincoln not only on Drill Team, but also as a cheerleader, where she has received one letter. She has been a member of French club, Girls club, and Leaders club of which she was secre- tary. Eileen served as home- room secretary, on Student Council, on Gym and Office staffs and as a monitor. She was a columnist on the Railsplitter. During her senior year she served on the Informal com- mittee. Ambition: To be a successful legal secretary. Douglas Mein . . . Doug came to Lincoln from Urban- dale in his senior year. At Urban- dale he was a member of both the Lettermen and Drama club, letter- ing in football and wrestling two years and acting in One Foot in Heaven. At Lincoln Doug belong- ed to the Drama club, was in Our Town, and served on the In- formal committee. He also belonged to Junior Achievement and was pres- ident of his company. Ambition : To attend Dunwoody In- stitute in Minneapolis. Karen Jean Miller . . . Karen served Lincoln as editor of the newspaper, chairman of the Pep Club, president of the French Club in her junior year, and Consul of Latin Club in twelfth grade. She sang in the Senior Choir for three years, and for four semesters was a monitor and student council representative. In her senior year she worked on Mr. Blackman ' s staff. Karen ' s name ap- peared on the honor roll for six semesters. Outside of school Karen was a member of her church youth group and choir. Ambition: To graduate fi-om the State College of Iowa. Ruth Ann Miller . . . Ruth was a member of D.E.C.A. and the Pep Club. She played intra- mural basketball and softball and was on the Class Day committee. Ruth also belonged to Junior Achieve- ment and Theta Rho. Ambition: To become a buyer for a department store. —27—

Linda Arlene Ray . . . Linda served on Gym staff and Leaders Club for two years. She was in the Dorian Art Club for three years and received an achievement award in art in eleventh grade. As a senior Linda was a monitor and served as chairman of the Friendship committee. She was also a candidate for Polio Queen and was elected treasurer of Student Council. In 12 A Linda served on the Banquet committee. Ambition : To attend an art school and major in commercial art. Dale Keener, Jr. . . . Dale was a member of Lettermen Club for two years and Dorian Art club for one. He participated in wrestling for three years, winning two letters. He participated in track and golf for one year. Dale won honorabl e mention in Scholastic Art. Outside of school Dale is a member of the Iowa Air Guard. In his sen- ior year, he served as a monitor and as a member of the Get Together committee. Richard Charles Remer . . . While at Lincoln Dick was a mem- ber of band, pit band, and All-City Band for three years. He was chosen as Drum Major in his senior year. Dick was also a member of Latin Club and French Club and partici- pated in spring track for two years and golf for one. He was a runner- up in the National Merit Scholarship Tests and second place winner in the Savings and Loan Essay Contest. Dick was a monitor for two semesters and a member of Student Council for four semesters. Outside of school he was an Explorer Scout, an Eagle Scout, and was also President of his youth group at Plymouth Congrega- tional Chinch. Ambition: To attend S.U.I. Pamela Joy Roberts . . . Pam was a member of Leaders club, Student Council, and Latin club. She was also a member of Future Teachers of which she was secretary in her sophomore year. Pam took part in a school play, and Drill Team. In journalism she was make-up edi- tor of the Greenhorn, and served on the Commencement Announcements committee in her senior year. Ambition : To continue working at the Telephone Company. Marvin Leroy Rooney . . . Marvin was elected president of the senior class. He was a member of the Lettermen Club and a moni- tor for two years. He went out for swimming and baseball for three years, lettering in each. He also received a letter for cross country track. Ambition: To graduate from Iowa State University. Janit Rothman . . . In her sophomore year Janit was a member of Leaders Club and Mer- maids. During her junior year she belonged to Future Teachers, Pep Club and served on the Big Sister committee of Girls Club. Janet was also a monitor and a member of Gym staff. Outside of school she was a member of the Theta Rho Girls Club Drill Team. In 12A Janit served on the Get Together committee. Ambition: To become a department store buyer. Diana Reyes . . . During her years at Lincoln Diana was a member of Future Teachers and French club. Outside of school Diana was a member of U.P.Y. and church choir. In her senior year Diana was a monitor and served on the Informal committee. Ambition: To attend college. Robbins . . . member of Leaders Club Judith Ann Judi was a and F.T.A. for three years, and Latin Club for two years. She was a member of Mermaids, Pep Club, Senior Chorus, and served on the Usher committee for two years. Judi served as vice president and president of Girls Club, and in her senior year was elected president of Latin Club. She went out for tennis for three years, and won a letter in her junior year. Judi served on the Library staff for two years, and was representative to the All-City Student Council. In her senior year Judi served on the Banquet committee. Ambition: To become a psychologist. Janiece Kdith Schuster . . . While at Lincoln, Janiece was a member of Pep Club, and Leaders Club. In her junior year she was a monitor. Janiece was a member of the Gym Staff and participated in intramural games after school. Out- side of school she was a member of the J. A. B.C. Bowling League for a year and a half. In her senior year Janiece served on the Banquet Com- mittee. Ambition: To become a secretary- John Scigliano . . . While at Lincoln John served as a gym leader in his junior and senior years. He served on the Get To- gether committee in his senior year. Ambition: To go into the restaurant business. —29—
