E. B. Gernert This is Our Principal Ever since Eugene B. Gernert become principal of Abington Senior High School, he has been ready to help and to advise each student of every class. Constructive criticism and deserved praise he has delivered honestly and fairly. His kindly understanding, his sincere interest in boys and girls, and his genuine desire to keep Abington at the top among suburban high schools have won for him the respect and admiration of all. His inspiring leadership is exemplified by the success of our alumni.
