DEDICATION Mrs. Phillips Math help, ideas for rallies, and school spirit are just a few of the things Mrs. Phillips has given our class. She has contributed to many of the memorable times and we will never forget her kindness. This is why we dedicate our book to her. i Mr. Stanton We also dedicate this book to Mr. Stanton in order to thank him for all the time he has given us, as soc- cer coach and yearbook advisor. He has helped us through good and bad times alike, and we want him to know that we appreciate everything he has done. 5

To the Class of 1977: You have reached A Time of Your Life when secondary education is an accomplished fact. A time to assume the responsibilities of a job, post secondary education, or enlistment in a branch of the service. The past years have been a time of preparation; your family, schools, community, church, and peers have contributed to your intellectual and emotional development. Whether your growth continues as you enter into a much larger world will depend on your selection of friends, of opportunities, and goals. You are embarking on a time of your life when you will make many more unassisted de- cisions. Success and happiness may be affected by your decisions. Don't let haste, that is quick, snap decisions, be the cause of serious disappointments. Plan and prepare constantly toward some goal or objective that will bring you success and happiness in life. Sincerely, John A. Murray Principal
