Abilene Christian College PRICKLY PEAR 1967 Abilene, Texas In dedication to B Sherrod Abilene Christian College is what it is today because of your personal dedi- cation to the cause for which it stands. In 20 years as chairman of the Board of Trustees, you have seen and helped the College grow as never before. This spring the number of graduates alone will approximately equal the College’s total enrollment when you became a board member in 1933. This year’s graduates will receive their degrees vir- tually in the shadow of buildings under construction — mute testimony to your effective working for- the physical growth of the College. Here, on the eve of a new era, you have chosen to retire as Chairman of the Board. Dedication like yours will be an example to us, our children, and our children’s children.
