We have always held some interesting theories about our institution of higher learning but were never able to ascertain their correctness . . . until now. We recently added a new and vital member to the yearbook staff. This new and vital member did some extensive research and unearthed some new and vital facts. As further preparation for the Learning Section we have compiled his findings into one graphic report using both fine art and fine literature. Think with us a moment, beloved student. Ot all the characters involved in the learning situa- tion who is the most important? You are, of course, you student. Some would call it egotism to take such a stand. We call it tact. And in view ot this tact of the student body's supreme importance it is merely fitting that the students should be first in the yearbook. There may be some cynical soul who will notice that the title of this section has been drastically maimed. By way ot defense we give you our reasons for altering the name ot the CLASSES section. Thus went our reasoning: What Word is similar yet different: What Word is appropriate yet descriptive: What Word sounds collegiate yet is intelligible. Yes, all these tlitted through our minds but mostly We couldn't think ot ennythang better. This is why the CLASSES, this year, bear the collective enigma of . . . THE . . . IVIASSES 'nx
