Ceeaaa 99 Ms Culmination of four years of pleasant and memorable activities came for the class of 1943 with the annual ttstage walking on May 31. The diplomas presented entitled these students to recall, as exes, both the fun and the hardship of college life. Among those memories Will be the Fall picnic at Roadside park; the Junior-Senior picnic at Lytle Lake this Spring honoring the boys called into the Army Air Corpse making a huge gap in the graduation list; the sponsoring 0f the Master Singers and the presentation of the class gift-beautiful draw curtains for the windows of Sewell audi- torium; the senior one-act play directed by Lois McBride; the ttfarewell of J im Cox, class prexy, in March-he was succeeded by Clayton Tuggle; and a multitude of activities that bound the graduating class of ,43 into loyal exes 0f the Wildcat Lair.
