panther football 1 974 l'KlLL...KlLL,,,BLOOD MAKES THE GRASS GROW! was the battle cry of the Abilene Christian High School foot- ball team this year. Succeeding, they ended their season with a 7-2 record. Perhaps the highlight of the year was a 14-12 victory over rivals Lubbock Christian, in October. Teamates were: row l-David Lewis, john Westmoreland, Eric Wallace, Tracy Hunt, Jerome Chaney, Chris Brown.
